A little more than a month ago we featured the announcement of the project Tomb Raider: The Dark Angel Symphony here on Tomb Raider Web.

On October 1st, the Kickstarter campaign to make this project a reality, launched.

What is The Dark Angel Symphony about?

TDA is a remake of Tomb Raider composer Peter Connelly’s finest soundtracks, including Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation, Tomb Raider: Chronicles and Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness. Besides that, the goal is to not only remake the aforementioned soundtracks but also to offer the original soundtracks of Tomb Raider 4 to 6 on a seperate CD, as a professionally packaged album of the original music you already know.

The Kickstarter campaign comes with a wide range of amazing pledge rewards. For example, you can get the digital download of The Dark Angel Symphony for only 10 £ already! But there is so much more: You can get your hands on very limited, exclusive rewards like pendants crafted by Jennifer Milward or on a strictly limited Kurtis Trent or Lara Croft statuette crafted by artist Matt Chrich. Besides that, you could also choose a studio attendance while recording the TDA Symphony album along with official Lara Croft model Jill de Jong in London.

The campaign offers a wide range of fantastic pledge rewards and the entire project seems to be arranged on the highest level of professionality. The album will only get funded, if the set goal of 180.000 £ is reached by November, 2nd!

Furthermore, a few weeks ago, the wonderful Peter Connelly took the time to answer a few questions about his project for us. You can read the interview here.

Make sure to have a look at the official social channels of Tomb Raider: The Dark Angel Symphony and do not forget to check out the Kickstarter campaign.
