We finally have a confirmed release date for the PlayStation 4 version of Rise of the Tomb Raider! The game will launch for PS4 October 11 this year and it comes with amazing bonus content, such as a new story chapter called “Blood Ties,” co-op play for “Endurance Mode”, all previously released DLC, and more. There will also be an Artbook Edition which will feature a 28 page book filled with official concept art and community contributions.
“Blood Ties” is a new premium DLC where players can explore Croft Manor and defend it in a zombie invasion in “Lara’s Nightmare”. Yes, we will get a Croft Manor DLC!
Lara must explore Croft Manor to find proof that she is the rightful heir, as her uncle contests ownership of the estate.
The co-op “Endurance Mode” is a new online co-op expansion. For the first time in a Tomb Raider game, players will be able to raid tombs in a brutal wilderness together! Team up with a second player to survive by day and keep dangerous enemies away by night!
