As announced today, Crystal Dynamics and Square Enix will celebrate this occasion with festivities throughout 2016, starting at PAX East this April.
Tomb Raider and the heroine of the game, Lara Croft, have become a  worldwide phenomenon over the past 20 years and her story still continues.

As part of the 20 year celebration, Square Enix and Crystal Dynamics have teamed up with GameChanger Charity to provide everyone who donates at least 1$ to the charity with a digital copy of Tomb Raider 2013 (Steamcode)! Everyone who donates 20$ or more will also be entered to win a special Crystal Dynamics swag bag including a collector’s edition of Rise of The Tomb Raider, along with special items related to the series and its famed globetrotting explorer (US donors only). Funds raised will be given to GameChanger Charity, and support their mission of bringing happiness & gaming to children facing life-threatening illnesses in hospitals around the world.

Also, PAX East attendees are invited to attend Crystal Dynamic’s panel – Lara Croft: The Undisputed Queen of Gaming – on Friday, April 22 from 3:00 – 4:00 PM. Are you a Lara Croft cosplayer? Then join the team from 4:30 – 5:30 PM in the PAX East lobby for a meet-up and photos, with exclusive 20th anniversary goodies given to those who attend in costume.
